Account Executive - In this role, the Account Executive is primarily responsible for business development with both existing and new clients. This person spends the majority of his or her time in the field, working closely with existing and prospective clients and candidates, ensuring that all needs are met and strong relationships established. The ideal candidate is a high-energy team player with outside sales experience.
Direct-Hire Recruiter - Responsible for filling the needs of clients and candidates, the Direct-hire Recruiter works with the team to recruit, qualify and interview candidates for direct-hire positions at client companies. While a technology background is helpful, a sales driven attitude and team-oriented approach coupled with the desire to meet the needs of clients and candidates is essential.
Techincal Recruiter - Responsible for filling the needs of clients and candidates, the Staffing Specialist works with the team to recruit, qualify and interview candidates for project based positions at client companies. While a technology background is helpful, a sales driven attitude and team-oriented approach coupled with the desire to meet the needs of clients and candidates is essential.
