Job Title: Inside Sales Manager



Position Summary



We are growing fast and we’re looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead our SDR (Sales Development Reps) Team and mid-market reps. With a rapidly growing sales team, we are looking for a seasoned manager who will guide the SDR and mid-market teams to sales and pipeline success. The position will evolve to helping manage all mid-market and enterprise interest in our solution. The Inside Sales Manager must possess proven sales and people management experience, and will be able to step in and take a leading role in strategizing and executing sales efforts. To ensure success, a broad understanding of the inside sales Saas tool landscape (telephone, sales automation, CRM, etc) is important. This experience is ideally coupled with a natural curiosity and desire to stay apprised of the quickly evolving inside sales landscape. Responsibilities




  • Expand existing SDR team plans and align with our sales and growth objectives

  • Build mid-market team plans that align with our sales and growth objectives

  • Manage all inbound mid-market and enterprise interest

  • Implement and manage recruiting and hiring process

  • Manage, coach and motivate team members to achieve and exceed individual and team quotas

  • Responsible for day-to-day team operations and establishing a heavy focus on metric achievement

  • Strong ability to decipher and report on targets/trends through data analysis and critical thinking

  • Design, implement and refine a training/coaching program built on industry best practices

  • Implement a quarterly action plan identifying sales objectives, opportunities, key existing / target customers, and key campaigns to be initiated

  • Collaborate with functional counterparts



 



Requirements




  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise solution environment (Saas preferred)

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Saas solutions sales leadership (Team Lead and/or Manager)

  • Proven ability to grow a high performing team by recruiting and developing SDRs

  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to sell to decision-making levels

  • A history of consistently performing above team quota

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com (or other CRM)
