KCM Solutions conducts more frequent follow-up calls and visits to consultants on assignment than may be typical of other staffing firms. We do it for two key reasons:

  • To provide feedback on your job performance
  • To ensure questions are addressed expeditiously, whether about marketing, sales, IT or creative jobs, your career, or more routine issues.

Sometimes you want quicker answers; however, so here are answers to the most frequently asked questions.

How do I report my time?

Time should be reported on a weekly basis, covering all hours worked from Monday morning until Sunday night. To ensure timely processing and prompt payment, complete your time record as quickly as possible after week’s end. Once you have filled in your hours, submit it to your client supervisor for approval. All approved time sheets should be faxed to the KCM Solutions offices at 925.884.2185 or emailed to timecard@kcmsolutions.com by Monday at 5 pm.

How do I change my tax exemptions?

All KCM Solutions consultants complete a Form W-4 at the start of employment so that KCM Solutions withholds the correct federal income tax from your pay. If your personal or financial situation changes at any time during the year, you can submit a new Form W-4.
